由住房和城乡建设部科技与产业化发展中心，中国房地产业协会和中国建筑文化中心共同主办的“第十七届中国国际住宅产业暨建筑工业化产品与设备博览会”（简称：中国住博会）已经成为住房城乡建设领域最具影响力和权威性的综合行业盛会。2017年举办的第十六届中国住博会参展商400余家，参展面积3.6万m2，近7万人参观，盛况空前。第十七届中国住博会将于2018年10月11日至13日在中国国际展览中心（新馆）举办，展区面积5.4万m2。预计将有国内外600余家单位参展。
展区分为八大主题:1.住房发展与安居工程展区
2.中国明日之家2018展区
3.城乡建设绿色发展展区
4.“世界城市日”/城乡建设创新发展展区
5.建筑工程品质提升展区
6.乡村振兴绿色发展展区
7.建筑产业转型升级展区
8.国际技术产品展区
今年住博会共有4个场馆，面积共5.4万平米。由住房和城乡建设科技与产业化发展中心负责的E3、E4展区共计有2.7万m2。E3馆是被动式低能耗建筑开发建设的建筑材料以及示范工程中采用的技术和产品进行集中展示和推荐，E4馆涉及城市建设创新发展展区（地下空间、高品质住宅、金融创新等）和国际技术产品主题展区。本届住博会将充分展示我国改革开放以来建设领域所取得的成就、国内外先进的产品与技术。展览期间将举办21场技术交流研讨会。2018年住博会将成为企业家的盛会、科学家的盛会、管理者的盛会、市民的盛会和国际盛会。

The 17thChina International Exposition of Housing Industry & Products and Equipments of Building Industrialization INVITATION
The 17thChina International Exposition of Housing Industry &Products and Equipments of Building Industrialization (CIEHI) co-sponsored by Center of Science andTechnology and Industrialization Development (CSTID) ofMinistry of Housing and Urban-rural Development of the People’s Republic of China(MOHURD), China Real Estate Association and China Architectural Culture Centerhas been the most influential and authoritative meetings of urban and ruralconstruction industries. The 16th CIEHI hosted in 2017 is unprecedented with more thanfour hundred exhibitors, exhibition space of 36 thousand square meters and asmany as 70 thousand visitors. The 17th CIEHI will be held in the new venue of ChinaInternational Exhibition Centre from 11th to 13th October2018, exhibition space of 54 thousand square meters. More than six hundredexhibitors at home and abroad are expected to attend the exhibition

There are four venues total area of 54 thousand square meters at the expo. CSTID of MOHURD isresponsible for E3 and E4 venue, area of 27 thousand square meters. E3 focuseson displaying construction materials used in the passive low-energy-consumingbuildings, and technologiesand products applied in the demonstration projects. E4 covers innovativedevelopments of urban construction such as underground space, high qualityhousing and financial innovation etc, and international technical products.This CIEHI will fully display great successesachieved in construction industry since China’s reform and opening up, andadvanced products and world leading technologies at home and abroad. 21workshops on the technique exchanges will be held. This therefore is going tobe a grand meeting of businessmen, scientistsand citizens, and another international festival.
Feesfor domestic exhibitors are 1300Yuan persquare meter (vacant land),among which urban and rural construction and financial innovation of 1400 Yuan per square meter (vacant land),foreign exhibitors 350 dollar per square meter (vacantland).
